The Swedish Cultural Foundation in Finland awarded Barometern – the Finland-Swedish citizen panel a grant of 100 000 euros to recruit and develop a competence center in opinion research in Swedish-speaking Finland. Barometern is a part of the Finnish research infrastructure for public opinion and is operated by researchers at the Social Science Research Institute at Åbo Akademi.
